Publications
The Canadian Railroad Historical Association produces three publications: Canadian Rail, CRHA Communications and Exporail News. Canadian Rail is a specialized magazine about Canada’s railway history. Published 6 times per year, “Canadian Rail” is mailed to CRHA members free of charge and is also sold in some hobby shops.
The newsletter Exporail News appears twice a year and describes the activities at Exporail.
The newsletter CRHA Communications provides information about the activities taking place in the various divisions of the Association.
In addition, the publication Portrait of a Collection gives an overview of Canadian railway history based on the vehicles in Exporail’s collection. You can read about the age of steam, the success of diesel technology, and the fascinating world of urban transportation and trains.
